Submission Guidelines
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a 6-page IEEE conference style paper (including all text, figures, and references) through EDAS submission system. Papers exceeding the maximum length of six pages will be subject to an over-length charge of 100 euro per additional page (a maximum of two pages can be added). The charge shall be paid as an additional fee to ordinary registration by the reference author of the paper. Accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors. All papers selected for publication will be published together with European Wireless 2018 proceedings and available on IEEE Xplore database and will be indexed in the abstract and citation database Scopus (approval pending).

Final Paper Submission to European Wireless 2019
Final versions of accepted papers must be uploaded to EDAS for inclusion in the conference proceedings and then be submitted to IEEE Xplore®. The deadline is 7 April 2019 (hard deadline).
Ethical Policies
To ensure appropriate consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process, it is prohibited to do any changes to the list of authors once a paper has been submitted for review during review, revision, or (if accepted) final publication. The author list may be changed only prior to the submission deadline.
To be published in the European Wireless 2018 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (IEEE member or non-IEEE member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
Revise your Paper
Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers’ recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proof read it. Review formatting requirements can be found at:

Register for the Conference
The presenting author must register to the conference before submitting the final paper. Note that even if the presenter is a student, he/she must pay a Full Registration. For multiple paper presentations, one author registration is valid for up to 2 papers. The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference.
For conference registration, please go to the Registration page of the European Wireless 2019 website and follow the instructions. After completing your registration you will receive an email with your Payment order number. Write this number down, you will need to use it to upload your paper into EDAS.
Submit your Paper
Your final paper must be submitted no later than 7 APRIL 2019  in order to be included in the conference proceedings. The maximum number of pages is 6, although 2 additional pages are allowed provided that an over-length charge of 100 euros per additional page is paid upon registering (a maximum of 2 pages can be added)Â
To submit your Final paper, please go to EDAS, click on the “My Papers†button, and then upload your paper on the link provided.
Copyright Form
VDE will take care of the publication of the proceedings in IEEExplore and Scopus as already done for the previous editions of this conference. Please be informed that, for your paper to be published in the proceedings, it is needed that you sign the VDE copyright agreement available at   https://www.vde-verlag.
Please download at the Copyright agreement that you have to kindly fill in with all the details about your accepted paper (Title, Authors, email of the authors) and sign (one authorized author on behalf of all authors) and send back in pdf by email to the address ew2019-chairs (at) edas (dot) info BY APRIL 7 2019.
Policies on no-shows and substitute presentersÂ
Each paper must be presented by an author of the paper in person at the conference. Presentations via teleconference (e.g., Skype) or pre-recorded tape are not permitted. Permission to have the paper presented by a substitute presenter may be granted by the TPC Chairs under certain extraordinary circumstances.
A paper not presented or presented by a non-author without prior written approval by the TPC Chairs will be removed from the final conference proceedings before uploading to IEEE Xplore®. No refund will be made to authors of these papers.

If you need a visa assistance letter, you can request one during the registration process and the General Chairs will send it back to you by email.
